habesha girl blogging: School sucks!!! HGB to the rescue!!

Before i start i'm not just gonna talk crap about school, i think learning is an essential thing but i have good reasons why school sucks, sometimes. so i hope you can relate to my rant and thanks for reading! Not gonna state if i'm in highschool or college, i'm gonna leave that to your imagination! Kay ENJOWI!!!

I think school should place kids in the major they wanna take when they go to college, and there are also people who don't wanna go to college. If i wanna major in Biology for college how about you teach me something that can help me, same goes for every major. If i wanna study Biology, why the Eff would i need to know what the radius of the sun is or how fast light travels!? how about we leave that to the physics majors, kay thanks. *flips hair*

Generally for everyone how about you teach us real life skills, especially to the kids who are not going to college after highschool. Teach me how to loan money for college since school is f***ing expensive, teach me how to write a check, how to calculate my taxes and all that real world stuff. On another note i think homework is stupid!! We have to stay in school for 8 hours(for some people) and on top of that you wanna add homework!?!?!? Just wait for my slap stupid!

Just a little reminder that me, as a habesha daughter my parents EXPECT me to get a scholarship. I don't mind their expectation but i suggested that we should have a plan B to loan money if i don't happen to get a scholarship. But some MAD threats went down just because i thought that i might not get a scholarship. The reminder plus threat everyday i get from my Mom is so effing annoying and a lot of pressure. And i don't work well under pressure and stress!!!

I hate when habesha parents use their past to make me feel bad. I know that you work hard and you didn't have most of the things i have right now and i feel blessed, i'm not disrespecting you but telling me that every f***ing day isn't gonna help me!! it's annoying! i will try my best and what happens will happen!
